What do I actually need to bring?

Four things: a brand idea, a domain, a way to reach customers (an audience, a following, or an ad budget), and your own brand LLC, which we help you set up. We build everything else: the brand identity, the site, the provider network, the pharmacy path, the compliance structure, and all your accounts.

What happens if LegitScript review takes longer, or doesn't clear?

LegitScript is the long pole in the launch. The review itself typically runs 8-12 weeks and is the main reason the full path runs longer than a simple website build. Paid ads on Google, Meta, and TikTok generally cannot run until it clears, so we use that window to build everything else. We prepare the site, privacy and consent pages, disclosures, and documentation to support the review, and if LegitScript flags a website or disclosure issue inside our build scope, we remediate it at no additional cost. Certification is granted by LegitScript, not by us, and remains subject to their review.

Who owns the company and the patient relationships?

You do. The company is built under your own brand LLC, and you keep the brand, the domain, and the patient relationships. TeleLaunch is the management, technology, and marketing layer behind your brand, not the owner of it. The licensed clinical care sits with a separate physician-owned medical group.

What is not included, and what is separate?

The flat $50,000 covers the complete build through launch and handover, plus ongoing support and business development as part of the relationship. What is separate and billed monthly are the optional growth programs: managed Meta and TikTok ad management, influencer and affiliate partnerships, and done-for-you social media management. Ad spend, payment-processing reserves, and your own LLC filing fees are also outside the build fee.

Do you guarantee a launch date?

We commit to the work on a 45-60 day path to a compliant launch. We will not promise a hard date that depends on third parties: LegitScript certification and ad-platform review are decided by those reviewers on their own timelines, and we cannot guarantee their outcome. What we control, we own. If LegitScript, Google, or Meta flags a website or disclosure issue inside our build scope, we fix it at no additional cost.
