Is it really one flat price?
Yes — $50,000 covers the entire done-for-you build and launch. There are no tiers and no required upsells to go live. Ongoing growth services after launch are optional and priced separately.
How long until I'm live?
45–60 days for a full, compliant launch. The main driver is the LegitScript and platform review path required before most telehealth brands can reliably advertise and process payments. We build the site-level package and support materials for review.
Are there per-visit or medication costs on top?
The clinical consult and medication costs are paid by your patients at checkout and passed through to the providers and pharmacy. The $50k is your build; your patient revenue is yours.
What's the ongoing cost?
Nothing is required to keep operating after launch. Optional growth programs (managed ads, influencers, social management) are month-to-month if and when you want to scale.
